Exchange Policy
You are not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Elbkind Hamburg Interrnational Ltd. grants the customer a 14-day exchange or return from the delivery (after receipt of the goods), provided the goods are not worn, not used and not damaged. Elbkind Hamburg International Ltd. reimburse the customer the full purchase price if accompanied by the products of the original purchase document (invoice).
The return or exchange of items will only be accepted if the label is still attached to the product intact and the below mentioned below returns return instructions were respected. The refunds will be issued in the same form as your payment.
The delivery cost are not refundable. The delivery costs for returning the return products are charged to the customer; all borne by the Customer for the return is not refundable.
